RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.

Establishes system resilience as a metric to be monitored and considered by the Public Utilities Commission. Provides that the Hawaiʻi electricity reliability surcharge may be transferred to the Commission for the purpose of its duties. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
