RELATING TO IMPORTANT AGRICULTURAL LANDS.

Repeals the provision for farm dwelling and farm employee housing on Important Agricultural Lands and adopts a new provision for farm cluster housing as an incentive for the designation of lands as Important Agricultural Lands pursuant to chapter 205, Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
