RELATING TO SUSTAINABLE AVIATION FUEL.

Establishes the Hawaiʻi sustainable aviation fuel program within the State Energy Office to work with the Department of Transportation and fuel suppliers in order to establish a sustainable fuel portfolio standard for the use of sustainable aviation fuels.
