RELATING TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT.

Expands the requirement that the Department of Law Enforcement pursue and obtain accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies, Inc., to all divisions and sections within the Department. Establishes five CALEA coordinator positions, exempt from civil service, within the Department of Law Enforcement. (CD1)
