RELATING TO COLLECTIVE BARGAINING.

Allows the exclusive representative to negotiate benefits of the Hawaiʻi Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund. Allows disputes relating to benefits of, and amounts of contributions to, the Hawaiʻi Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund to be resolved by arbitration.
