RELATING TO DESIGNATED ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

Establishes the Hawaiʻi Economic Development District Planning Organization and board. Designates the Office of Planning and Sustainable Development to organize the Hawaiʻi Economic Development District Planning Organization. Establishes two full-time exempt positions. Makes an appropriation.
