Criminal justice study committee and reform.
Establishes the criminal justice study committee to conduct a comprehensive study of the criminal justice system in the 2024 and 2025 interims. Establishes a permanent criminal justice reform committee to study sentencing, corrections, services provided to offenders, and other topics affecting the criminal justice system.
