RELATING TO ALLOWANCE ON SERVICE RETIREMENTS.

Amends chapter 88, HRS, to include new definitions for certain law enforcement administrators and employees established in Act 278, SLH 2022, as class A members of the pension and retirement systems and provides guidance for the computation of retirement benefits similar to police officers.
