RELATING TO TAX CREDIT FOR ON-SITE EARLY CHILDHOOD FACILITIES.

Establishes an income tax credit for employers who create on-site early childhood facilities. Establishes and appropriates funds for 1.0 FTE on-site early childhood facility coordinator position. Applies to taxable years beginning after 12/31/2023. Takes effect on 7/1/2024.
