RELATING TO CANNABIS.

Legalizes, regulates, and taxes cannabis and manufactured cannabis products for adult use. Establishes the Hawaiʻi cannabis commission to oversee the regulation of adult use cannabis manufacturers and retailers. Appropriates funds.
