RELATING TO EMPLOYEES OF HAWAII HEALTH SYSTEMS CORPORATION.

Requires the legislature to appropriate moneys to fund pay raises for public employees of the Hawaiʻi health systems corporation; provided that the pay raises are agreed to through a collective bargaining or arbitration process. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
