AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 4 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE SALE OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR.

This Act allows municipalities or counties in Delaware to extend alcoholic liquor service hours for bars, restaurants, and clubs from 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
