SB 1505 - This act modifies current law relating to protective services for elderly and disabled adults by authorizing multidisciplinary adult protection teams to access confidential reports of abuse and neglect and case information to the extent necessary to conduct team activities and to share such information with other team members. Additionally, the Department of Social Services and the Department of Mental Health shall have limited access to such confidential reports, as described in the act. SARAH HASKINS
