RELATING TO HOMELESSNESS.

Requires the Department of Human Services to develop a safe parking program allowing unsheltered persons who sleep in their vehicles to park overnight on state lands. Requires a report to the Legislature. Appropriations funds. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
