Vehicle etching kits for catalytic converters.

Requires a new motor vehicle dealer to: (1) stock vehicle etching kits that are capable of etching a serial number onto the catalytic converter of a new motor vehicle; and (2) offer a vehicle etching kit to the purchaser of a new motor vehicle at a cost that is not more than the cost of the vehicle etching kit to the new motor vehicle dealer.
