RELATING TO HOUSING.

Establishes the rent reporting for credit pilot program within the Hawaiʻi housing finance and development corporation, whereby which participant tenants may elect to have their rent payment information reported by participant landlords to consumer reporting agencies to generate and build credit. Requires a report to governor and legislature. Appropriates funds. Sunsets 6/30/2027.
