RELATING TO APPEALS.

Allows parties aggrieved by an order of the Hawaiʻi Paroling Authority to appeal to the intermediate appellate court within 90 days of issuance and service of the order fixing the minimum term of imprisonment. Establishes the standard of judicial review for an order of the Hawaiʻi Paroling Authority.
