AN ACT relating to school building and facility projects; providing appropriations for the fiscal biennium commencing July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028; providing for appropriations for the remainder of the current biennium ending June 30, 2026; specifying conditions for expenditures; requiring reports; establishing a grant program for school facility safety and security projects; specifying requirements for school districts to receive safety and security grant funds; and providing for an effective date.
