AMENDING THE RULES OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE 153RD GENERAL ASSEMBLY RELATING TO REMOVAL OF AN OFFICER BY BILL OF ADDRESS.
This amendment to the House Rules adds a Rule 66A, which sets forth the procedure by which an officer may be removed from office by a Bill of Address under § 13 of Article III of the Delaware Constitution.
