RELATING TO OPIOID LITIGATION PROCEEDS.

Establishes the Hawaiʻi opioid litigation proceeds special fund. Establishes the Hawaiʻi opioid litigation proceeds council to oversee the Hawaiʻi opioid settlement advisory committee's expenditure of opioid litigation proceeds. Establishes standards for expenditure of opioid litigation proceeds received by the State. Establishes and appropriates funds from the Hawaiʻi opioid litigation proceeds special fund for staff positions. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
