RELATING TO POVERTY REDUCTION.

Requires the Department of Human Services to establish state goals for poverty reduction and socio-cultural advancement that support the principles of the Hawaiʻi State Planning Act by reducing by 50% by 2050 the number of families in the State that are employed but asset limited and income constrained.
