RELATING TO HAWAIIAN HOME LANDS.

Provides that within lands under Department of Hawaiian Home Lands jurisdiction, the Department shall have the nonexclusive authority to enforce state statutes and rules and county ordinances and rules in the same manner as state sheriffs and county police officers.
