RELATING TO THE NURSE LICENSURE COMPACT.

Adopts the nurse licensure compact. Beginning 01/01/2026, requires nurses who hold multistate licenses issued by a state other than Hawaiʻi to complete demographic data surveys. Authorizes the Board of Nursing to assess different fees for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses who hold a multistate license issued by the State.
