RELATING TO REGENERATIVE TOURISM.

Establishes the regenerative tourism program with the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism to increase regenerative tourism. Establishes a grant program. Appropriates moneys. Declares that the appropriation exceeds the state general fund expenditure ceiling for 2024-2025.
