RELATING TO THE PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION.

Requires any reporting requirement established by the public utilities commission through an order and not by statute to expire one year after the issuance of the order. Allows continuation of the reporting requirement if a new order is issued and justification for the continuance is provided. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
