RELATING TO THE EAST HAWAII COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT.

Establishes the east Hawaiʻi community development district and board. Requires the department of land and natural resources to transfer certain leases within the district to the board. Repeals the Hilo community economic district. Appropriates moneys. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
