First offender drug program; previous misdemeanor marijuana conviction, etc.

First-time drug offenders. Provides thatany person who has not previously been convicted of any felony drugoffense under relevant law or under any substantially similar statuteof the United States or of any state may be eligible for first-timedrug offender disposition. Under current law, such disposition islimited to any person who has not been convicted of any criminaldrug offense.
