RELATING TO BOOSTER CLUBS.

Requires school booster clubs who raise more than $50,000 to be audited by the department of attorney general's tax and charities division on a regular basis. Requires the audited school booster club to reimburse the costs of the audit. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
