RELATING TO TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER AT THE UNIVERSITY OF HAWAII.

Repeals the sunset provision in Act 38, Session Laws of Hawaiʻi 2017, as amended by Act 8, Special Session Laws of Hawaiʻi 2021, to allow the University of Hawaiʻi to continue to regulate conflicts of interests and other ethical issues for technology transfer activities it sponsors. Effective 6/29/3000. (HD1)
