Relates to remote or electronic delivery of certain programs of continuing education
Provides that where mandatory continuing education programs are offered through electronic or other remote means where the licensee must provide proof of attendance by responding to a visual or auditory prompt in the program, such program shall conform to the most recent guidelines for website content accessibility guidelines.
