RELATING TO HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

Converts the human trafficking victim services fund to a human trafficking reparations fund. Revises the purpose of the fund to provide direct financial assistance to victims of trafficking. Requires the department of human services, rather than the department of labor and industrial relations, to administer the fund. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
