MAKING APPROPRIATIONS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF LAND MANAGEMENT AND THE DEPARTMENT OF DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE CITY AND COUNTY OF HONOLULU.
Appropriates moneys to the City and County of Honolulu Department of Land Management and Department of Design and Construction for compliance with Act 210, Session Laws of Hawaiʻi 2018. Declares that the appropriations exceed the state general fund expenditure ceiling for 2024-2025.
