RELATING TO SCHOOL IMPACT FEES.

Repeals the July 1, 2024, sunset date of section 1 of Act 197, Session Laws of Hawaiʻi 2021, to make permanent the exemption of housing developed by the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands from school impact fees.
