Foreclosure procedures; subordinate mortgage;affidavit required. Requires a subordinate mortgage lienholderthat initiates a foreclosure sale to submit to a trustee under adeed of trust or mortgage an affidavit affirming whether monthlystatements were sent to a property owner for each period of assessedinterest, fees, or other charges and to include in such affidavitan itemized list of the current amount owed.
