RELATING TO PLASTIC BOTTLES.

Effective 1/1/2024, prohibits the retail sale or offer for retail sale of single-use plastic bottles designed to hold less than two liters of bottled water for oral consumption, with certain exceptions. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)
