Appropriates funds for salaries and fringe benefits of positions for the University of Hawaiʻi Institute for Astronomy's Space Sciences Workforce Development Program, Maunakea Scholars Program, and Akamai Internship Program. Appropriates funds for office equipment and supplies for the Maunakea Scholars Program and Akamai Internship Program.
