Prohibit Red Flag Gun Seizure Act-penalty amendments.
This act creates a misdemeanor criminal offense for any person who violates the Prohibit Red Flag Gun Seizure Act that is punishable by imprisonment for not more than one (1) year, a fine of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000.00), or both.
