Local government ordinances related to firedepartments; billing on behalf of volunteer fire departments. Providesthat the governing body of any county, city, or town in which a firedepartment or fire company is established may make such ordinancesin relation to the powers and duties of such fire departments orfire companies as it deems proper, including billing on behalf ofvolunteer fire departments for the provision of emergency medicalservices.
