RELATING TO HAIKU VALLEY.

Establishes the Haiku valley cultural preserve commission with OHA to provide policy and management oversight of the Haiku valley cultural preserve. Establishes the Haiku valley cultural preserve special fund. Authorizes the department of Hawaiian home lands to negotiate an agreement for license or other terms of use of Haiku valley with the office of Hawaiian affairs. Appropriates funds. Effective 6/30/3000. (HD1)
