RELATING TO AGRIVOLTAICS.

Requires the Department of Agriculture to develop tax incentives, rebates, grants, and loan programs to incentivize and provide financing for agrivoltaic farms and solar energy systems on certain agricultural land. Requires a report to the legislature.
