Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act;copy of rental agreement for tenant. Requires a landlord to providea tenant with additional hard copies of the tenant's rental agreementupon request or to maintain such rental agreement in an electronicformat that can be easily accessed by or shared with the tenant uponrequest. The bill prohibits a landlord from charging a tenant forany such additional copies of his rental agreement.
