RELATING TO HEALTH.

Bans the sale of flavored tobacco products and mislabeled e-liquid products. Appropriates funds. Repeals certain provisions of the Hawaiʻi Revised Statutes relating to the sale of tobacco products. Effective January 1, 2024.
