A resolution to express the sense of the Senate that the Motion Picture Association of America incorporate a subcategory in the voluntary movie rating system to identify clearly films which depict drug use in a benign or favorable light, and give a "D" rating to movies that so depict drug use so that parents can make an informed choice about the movies their children attend.
