An Act providing for a study on the trial court department

By Representative Moakley of Falmouth and Senator Cyr, a joint petition (accompanied by bill, House, No. 1891) of Thomas W. Moakley, Julian Cyr and others that the Executive Office of the Trial Court be authorized to conduct a study on all courts located in Barnstable county, Nantucket county and the county of Dukes County.
