Allows certain persons to practice as a mental health practitioner under supervision for a certain period of time if application and fee requirements are met
Provides that a person with a master's level degree required for practicing as a mental health practitioner shall be allowed to practice under supervision for a period of up to ninety days after the submission of the required application and fees.
