SB 1311 - This act modifies Supreme Court Rule 15.05 regarding continuing legal education requirements for lawyers. Specifically, this act repeals the requirement of one ethics credit hour devoted exclusively to bias, diversity, inclusion, or cultural competency and provides for a total of two of the total fifteen credit hours to be devoted to ethics.
