Treated seeds.

Requires the state seed commissioner to study the adverse environmental effects of seeds treated with certain insecticides and to report to the interim study committee on agriculture and natural resources (committee) not later than June 30, 2027. Requires the committee to submit recommendations for proposed legislation to the legislative council not later than October 31, 2027.
