Requires the Director of Transportation to convene an intoxicated driving reduction working group, under the leadership of Hawaiʻi's strategic highway safety plan, to make recommendations for amendments to existing laws to reduce incidents of intoxicated driving. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD2)
